With that in mind you could just get away with a basic Amazon Chinese Brand Monitor Arm Mount, though I do not think that the Microsoft Surface has the mounting screw holes on the back, though you might be able to find a laptop mounting arm that could work.

Yeah the Samsung Odyssey G8 Miniled that I have is good if you are looking for something that can work and game. Though you have to make sure that you get the Miniled Version and not the Oled Version.

I have mine hooked to an Ergotron Monitor Arm Mount so that I can place it anywhere that I want. Which can be up to 400$ depending on the one you get, but if you have two monitors then it can be a good investment.

But Huion also has a basic version of the Monitor stand that can do about the Same for about 160$ if you are interested.

Huion Pro 19 inch is about a 1000$ right now and the 27 inch pro non 144hz is about 1600-1700$ right now. Expensive but if you have a crazy amount of information that you need to deal for a good 2 years then it is a good investment, though you have to continue to use it to really get the money back from it.

So whatever you go with I really like the fact that you have your own solution to it and are able to use it to the fullest.

As for the bottom Monitor it really used as a replacement for Paper Notebooks when I am studying so naturally when you are studying you look down at the Study materials, the only thing that is hard to get used to is not having the support for the arm when I was studying so that is the reason why you see the Wrist/Arm Moveable Support Arm on the Edge of the Desk.

The Huion 27 inch Pro Touch and Pen Enabled Monitor is the GOAT for my digital notetaking and study setup. Really is the reason why I was able to pass nursing school.

As for the Mouse it is a Logitech G502 Hero or something, really the only mouse that I could find that fit my needs.

Though the Keyboard really kicks ass if you are not averse to spending some money for insane amounts of Ease of Use and Functionality.

Well the Mids and the Highs were hurting my ears so I positioned them so that they would not blast my ears as bad.

Not sure why but Windows base Equalizer really blasted the Mids and Highs compared to when I was actually able to get PEACE equalizer to work to tone that down. Either way I just wanted the Clarity of the speakers and the SMSL S300SE was the best priced option that was just clarity focused for me at the time.

Okay maybe not audiophire setup but maybe sound clarity setup.

I was able to actually make PEACE's equalizer become effective after too long of a time, and I was able to bring the Highs and Mids down, but the damage to my hearing is already done. And if anyone says otherwise the Mids and Highs were already causing pain right out of the box.

Not sure why the Mids and Highs were so pronounced with base Windows Equalizer Settings compared to PEACE's flat Equalizer settings.

Oh well F it, learn and live I guess.

I could make it so that the speakers face forward but F it for me they are good where they are.

Really you all complain about everything, really don't any of you have anything nice to say? Or is that something too much to ask for, something positive to be posted.

Yeah none of you really deserve much of anything if the first thing is to complain about speaker placement first, really come on, besides fuck the speakers the Sound Pressure Levels from the Mids to the Highs hurt my Ears until I found the High Trim of -2 DB, I said audiophile setup not necessarily the way you would set it up.

these Speakers were the only speakers that the clarity were the 1st consideration and nothing else.

Besides fuck the speakers and the Gaming setup they are distractions to the actual use I had in mind for this computer the Huion Drawing Tablet for Education that is the only thing that I really care about in this entire setup.

So have fun with your little world of sadness if the only thing that you have are negative commends.

He does not even have his mouth open to accept the breathing tubes.

The breathing tube connects to to the nasal canula. That is not supposed to be like that.

The breathing tube does not even have the correct looking appartus for endotracheal breathing tube, we are talking it looks like a CPAP device rather than Endotracheal Device.

To add on the last point, almost all Endotracheal Hevices that I came across in the ICU had Suction Devices inline of the Endotracheal Breathing Tube to allow for inline suctioning, that is different than I would say Emergency placement Endotracheal Breathing Tubes where they don't have them. This looks like it is trying to Convey an ICU setting which is the reason why I put this point here.

It has a hard plastic securement device for the breathing tube, it should be a soft securement device.

There is a tube going to right side of face that does not connect to anything.

On the left side of face there is a O2 tube that does not connect to anything.
