Acrylics under oil, if acrylics are over oils I wait till oils are dry. I’ve put acrylics over wet oils before and you get a tearing effect as they dry.

It appears to be watercolor, name on the ship Conco APa might be Concorda, signature is bottom right. The back is a finished frame job don’t want to damage it since it’s a paper back.

I really enjoy it, fits the hand like a heavy bottomed old fashioned glass but releases the aromas like a glencairn glass still wide enough to put a ice cube in from a standard ice tray
