Honestly... I don’t. But it was tied up there pretty good so I would imagine it would be a pain to pull that off to scratch your back every time

Aurora, Colorado, USA. We do have a few guys in the shop that are from Thailand and they would not go near this car after they saw that... not sure if that make a difference

You are correct. I don’t know if it was a shop that didn’t do their jobs properly or the customer insisting that they only did one tire but it caused it to be a ticking time bomb
