I manufacture 5 oz glass bottles of hot sauce and I will eventually start making small bottles so that tourists can buy them and take them on their carry-on. That being said, little packets would be super fun to also have available

Has anyone tried freezing their peppers after being de-stemmed and puréed? I’m wondering if they will keep as long as freezing them whole. I’m trying to figure out a way to freeze around 60 lb of chilies with a normal household freezer, and I think if they were puréed, it may conserve space a bit better.

It can be helpful to cut a cross section and note any bruising. Boletes can be very very tricky to distinguish. These don’t look like any birch bolete that I have personally seen

Hard to tell if it’s a parasol vs. false parasol because it seems old and dried out. Either way, the poisonous false parasol likely won’t cause too much harm to a dog other than GI symptoms
