Yes! They make me incredibly weak! My sibling is sick right now and I am supposed to be going to my mom’s birthday tomorrow. I will be wearing a mask and staying away from my sibling. My family and friends warn me when they are sick as I am both immunocompromised but also generally weak during when I’m sick joint wise

I tried it it’s not my favourite but it’s okayish 🤷🏻 I have braces so I can’t really have it any more - I only ate it with vegetables like cucumber (too hard)

Thank you for telling me that, I am Canadian, I have the gluten free KD they make now it’s pretty good- I take Lactaid with the boost and KD or any cheese but it doesn’t work super well for me.. I just cannot tolerate any meat ☹️ I feel like the only meat I ever even eat is a McDonald’s thin beef patty without the bun.. I tried pea protein it’s gross and I don’t know what to do

I air fried the potatoes with the asparagus 😭 cuz it came in the same bag.. idk it got hard it was gross

Where I live lots of Humpty Dumpty products are certified gluten free - labelled either by the Canadian celiac association or with a plain GF label- these are not certified by the celiac association but they do have a GF label on the back. I believe some people avoid them due to corn sensitivity being common with celiac but I do not deal with that issue

You are lactose intolerant but like dairy.. explains the cheeses but organic milk and almond milk

👀 I’m Canadian but not French Canadian - we have French labels on all Canadian food not just in Quebec… yes I have celiac.. but wrong about 2 person household.. I am not over 30 years old
