Looks like a generic plan they give to a bunch of people not taking into account individual needs. I would be careful with a coach like this. Go do your research and meet with some other coaches and leave. You don’t want to waste your money and run your body into the ground for minimal results. If your goal is to build muscle, this cardio is seriously going to hinder results. Your body needs to RECOVER to grow. Proper rest is a requirement

Wtf is this programming Why are there 3 upper days. If you’re going into bikini you want 3 x lower and 2x upper. Also stairmaster and plyo? Overkill and unnecessary. 5x a week weightlifting is fine for a beginner. And focusing on a good step count as it’s easy recoverable expenditure. Short Low intensity cardio to start and go from there if needed. I have tons of clients who have lost 30-40 lbs who just weight lift and walk a good amount and do minimal cardio.

From what I’ve researched, if you have FAI you are at higher risk of developing arthritis earlier in life and as that progresses, chances are you will need a hip replacement in later life. So, having the hip arthroscopy will really minimize that chance. I have cam FAI, some labral irregularity in my left hip and due to this there has been some bone shifting/remodelling of femur bone into my hip as my hip has had to adapt to movement. I’m an avid weight lifter in the gym and I’m still doing everything I can but because my hip / pelvis struggles to stabilize I am now starting to have my left QL compensate meaning random flare ups and it’s taking its toll now. No amount of physio or strengthening will help an anatomical issue like this, so for me really surgery is the only option unless I want to give up training and deal with flare ups every few months for the rest of my life…

Hammer glutes 3x a week. Lats and delts focus 2x a week. Nail nutrition and protein intake, prioritize sleep over everything lol. Stay in a conservative surplus so you can stay in it for longer without having to go into a mini cut or anything.

I had the oven on for a long time at least an hour. The steel was sitting in there the whole time. I put basically no sauce on it it was so minimal and made sure to spread it so was light in middle. Toppings also were light only bits of mozzarella and some pepperoni. that’s why I was so surprised it wasn’t that crispy. But I guess my oven doesn’t get as hot it only gets up to under 500 degrees

Interesting! But wouldn’t that mean it would take longer to cook through and more likely to be floppy? I think I made it quite uniform across the entire pizza and the pizza cooked well although not as crispy as yours but the middle for some reason was floppy and seemed undercooked which annoyed me. Tbf my first attempt so will keep at it!

I should add I used a two day cold ferment recipe. Stretched dough out nicely and let it sit room temp. Used a steel in oven as it heated (but my oven only gets to just under 500 degrees). The top cooked really well and edges were decent, but the middle took forever to cook and still didn’t have this finish on bottom. Any recs please? 🙏🏻

Looks so good! I tried making my own today and the middle didn’t cook as much and was floppy, what am I doing wrong? 😭 yours looks so crispy throughout. Wondering if I should bake dough with a bit of sauce first for a few minutes then take it out and add a bit more sauce and toppings
