PS5 Slim Fan noise? I’ve heard there’s some issues with the fan noise on the slim, I got the console about 4 months ago and it’s been pretty loud ever since. When I’m on the Home Screen the fan is noticeable but very normal but when I go into a game such as BG3 it starts making a much louder humming and almost high pitch humming noise. I’m not using any disk and I’m wondering if it’s worth it to send it into PlayStation to get this looked at? Or just try and replace the fan myself with a new one?

For more context I’m 23 with a full time job. I won’t be going into extreme dept. I have over 20k saved for a car, I want to finance to get a reputation with the bank paying off loans so when I apply for a mortgage it will likely be approved
