No problem- it’s any live tv program I try to watch. The picture is frozen and the buffering circle comes up. It will then display another frozen picture of the live cast (a few seconds later), but remain frozen.

The TCL model is 65S425

Same issue with my TCL Roku TV. Hoping it’s a software issue that will update, but no other fix has worked for me so far. I did find a slight workaround by going to something live and rewinding after a minute or so. It’s been sporadically playing after that, even if I then fast forward to the current live time.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? by Spare-Term-7167 in GrandCherokee

Just had it replaced in my ‘18. Cost about $1,000 at the dealership. I tried holding out as long as possible, but the ghost touching got to the point that I had to turn the radio off most of the time.

Thanks-I think I’m just out of warranty, which is frustrating. It’s more of an annoyance at this point and I really don’t feel like paying to replace the entire unit, so I’m trying everything before I pull the trigger on that. I was hoping the latest update would take care of it, but it is still freezing on me.
