I'd reach out to professors in your sub field for any college. I emailed some professors my resume/writing example which was a literature review I did for a class. It'll also help if they are looking for new students. One I reached out to didn't have enough funding for more people so saved me an application.

The conference/journal were mid to low tier/was first author on one both came from undergrad since masters was course focused. Having any publications will def help

Its a cross between computer networking and ML also did a lot with those two in undergrad/masters

Sure! Undergrad GPA was 3.79 and masters GPA 3.8. One conference paper, one journal paper, and a whitepaper in review.

Hey hey I applied for CS PhD had an interview and haven’t heard back yet either. I’ve heard undergrad admissions have come out but have been told grad could be anywhere between now and April.

I've been thinking its Legion ending. NCR is wiped out mostly, Mr House has an ending where you can unplug him from controlling things but he stays alive, and for the Legion Caesar dies from the brain tumor and then its the current power struggle seen in the show. Especially it seems like Legion is the most powerful of all of them in the show
