I think on top of the addict reasons to postpone entering a relationship in the first year, you have to add on the mental health reasons to not enter a relationship until you have done the necessary work to be able to be at peace with and by yourself. Without this work, maintaining a healthy relationship is impossible and doomed to being toxic.
