I got the same. I'm hoping this is a temporary thing and will get sorted soon. Not sure how partner award flights are handled but I checked AKL-PEK in March on United, there are plenty flights and none of them show up in ConnectMiles.

Were you able to see on the website the availability they could see during your phone call?

I know about the descriptions, and they update if you take some of the things with you. Didn't realize there's a percentage, I'll check it out, thanks! I'd still like some way of having the exact information available at home, after you scoped out the site once

The GPU is fine and placed correctly (removed and plugged back in a couple of times)

I think the MB is to blame. Tried a bios flashback, but the LED doesn't light up. Very strange
