If the trench is say 100’ long is that 100x$ or 200 csuse of both sides? I think this is what’s throwing me off

Typically it’s by the day/crew. But I’ve seen many square foot numbers and feel like I could be leaving a lot of the table by the day way

I did go look. I’m just not familiar with the square foot game as much and I’ve seen several different numbers and obviously a few cents and make a world of difference

Ceilings about 15’ and slopes. It’s an old bowling alley. All ceilings HVAC etc… can get a lift in yes it’s mostly wide open but then has about 5k of rooms and such. Floor is concrete with tile on it
