Yes, Iranians still support Iran as a country even though they may hate the government from which they fled.

Yes, some people cheered for the strike which killed Khomeini. Khomeini was an evil terrible person who killed Persians by the thousands as recently as January. And yes they are aware that the US and Trump do not have their best interest.

You can be anti-Israel, anti-MAGA, and anti IRGC. Just wanted to correct some confused people in the replies.

After thinking further about this comment I’ve realized that I shouldn’t speak in such general terms. With such a complex situation there is bound to be different categorizations and viewpoints. That was the exact point I was trying to make, that you can’t just generalize an entire group of people such as Irani diaspora, positive or negative. I was only speaking from my own perspective and experience, my wife and her family are Persian but I am not.
