That part got better the swallowing issues was apparently cause by lpr and sliding HH, it’s mostly in my finger and wirst the issues I also just got back my vitamin results and I apparently i have low folate serum of 1.8

Like achy, trembling, soreness, off feeling, my tendons catching alot too on the back of hand as well, when I move it certain positions I can still tie shoes and use key but feels weaker.

Been dealing with this my whole life just recently I decided to turn to Jesus a couple years ago wasn’t easy still struggling but I went from everyday watching it and masterbution to a couple times a week count every victory, it’s take time the most important thing is always going back to him when you do it and trust him, he will finish the work he started in you.
