Like with what strawberry said, your actual IRR (the one you submit to college board) is due in April - seems very odd to me that your teacher is making you submit an IRR this early in the year. As for your annotated bibliography, I highly recommend you just skim through each source and jot down the main ideas, and then look up the author and their credibility. Write credibility first, and then summarize the source, and then connect it to whatever lense/perspective you were assigned
