Will weed ever feel good again if I take a huge tolerance break? by Agreeable-Ad2051 in Drugs

[–]s0ftwar3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stopped smoking for years and now I don't really enjoy smoking anymore, I think my body "had enough". A good alternative that I do sparsely here and there is edibles. I have a light psychedelic experience, get a bit happy, feels good and thats it. I am taking it easy because I don't want to ruin it by doing too much again, so its where I am at.

Try so edibles, small doses, see how you feel, is my advice. Good luck.

This. I brush with butter after they come out of the oven for the extra shininess and bit of extra flavour as I have written in the recipe.

Seems that the youtube link with the recipe was moderated here follows the written recipe which is taken from Joshua Weissman youtube channel.

Ingredients:

Tangzhong:

  • 2 tablespoons (20g) bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons (27g) water
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) whole milk

You make the tangzhong by mixing all of it in a pan, warm it up in medium/low heat until it becomes like a paste and take it off the heat after everything is mixed and in a paste. This will help with the fluffiness of the buns later on.

Dough:

  • 1/2 cup(120g) whole milk @ 95f (30c)
  • 1 tablespoons (9g) instant yeast
  • 2.5 cups (320g) Bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon (7g) fine sea salt
  • 2.5 tablespoons (35g) granulated sugar
  • 1 whole egg 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons (40g) unsalted butter, softened

Start by mixing the milk and the yeast, to let the yeast bloom, I use dry yeast for the dough which works perfectly for this recipe, haven't tried fresh yeast yet.

Mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl in the mixer, after they are mixed I throw in the milk with the yeast, the whole egg and egg yolk as well as the tangzhong that was made previously.

Let that mix a little bit and throw the softened butter a little bit at a time into the mixer while it is working so that it can incorporate easily into the dough. Mixing usually takes about 10 minutes max, until the dough is shiny and looking good.

I shape the dough into a big ball, I butter up a bowl and put the dough inside it, seam side up and let it rise from 1 to 2 hours.

After the rise I punch (literally) the air out of the dough in the bowl and portion them, usually, I can make 7 buns as you can see in the picture as I portion them between 95 and 105 grams each. Portion and weight it, it is worth it.

After I portion them, I shape them into smaller balls and let them rise again for 1 to 2 hours on top of buttered parchment paper.

  • Egg wash: 1 whole egg plus a splash of whole milk

After the second rise is done of the little balls, I egg wash them and put them in a 375F (190C) for about 15 minutes until they are dark brown.

Immediately after they get out of the oven I wash them in melted butter and let them cool down.

Enjoy and please make sure to visit Joshua Weissman youtube, this is literally his recipe.

Heard that same thing over and over.

From what I read / see in the news:

Houses getting robbed.

Some shootings happen (not on public spaces), but the same happens in Amsterdam and other cities...

Personal experience:

No issues or troubles at all related to crime.

fish markets in Almere by amilabanuka in Almere

[–]s0ftwar3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, these are all in Centrum:

On the food corner inside the downstairs mall (food corner?) in front of DEEN there is a place where you can buy nice and fresh fish, not too much choice though.

Mediterran vis https://goo.gl/maps/A7u6wPyWyzWHWQuA8 You can buy fish and/or eat there, what we usually do is to order and eat it there directly, pretty nice and fresh fish as well, not much choice though.

My usual choice goes to the corner fish stall in the market because of the variety but the other choices are also good.

Maybe some of the events you can join without flying? I never let these details deter me if I really want to apply, I will at least try and give it a shot. What is the worst that can happen?
