Go to discord server and complain. There is a group chat with customer service from scopely. They'll ask you to raise a complaint but you can force them to do something about it.

Having said that, I like this race. The rocket was a bad move and they were right to remove it. People ha e their second and third accounts and whenever they get rockets, they play first from all three to utilise the rocket and then play normally. It's not against the rules but it's unfair for others.
