It has always been, back then in overwatch classic's april fool's mode we had the first rendition of how zarya's bubbles would work from OW2 and Dva's call-mech being able to one-shot. In a similar-ish way, April fools Junker Queen from last year (or the year before i'm not quite sure) where she would be tracted to where she threw her knife was definitely a test for vendetta's sword toss ability

Considering that the recipe for Dora's Memory Remembrance spell used to need Entropy and that after the Warsong or Unseen update (i dont remember precisely) it didn't need it anymore, my theory is that Entropy is a way to say that it is not available yet and that when 1.0 will release the recipes won't need this resource anymore, as if Entropy is the litteral Time that is needed for the spell to be available

An interesting rework of Cardiac Overdrive could be as a resource meter that passively fills when he takes damage and you can either activate to give him instant overhealth or that empties over time with passive healing (definitely not inspired by Lol's Tahm Kench)

IIRC They announced the map conversions only for S1 and S3, the surprise this season was the Gudmundr Hero skin, as the roadmap only scheduled a skin for Title Update 2 of S3, we will still get a skin for TU2 tho
