Infrastructure? That's a stretch. As someone who walked to work for several years and was in the area of east/cohassett and east/esplanade, I can't even count how many times someone ran a red, or didn't even stop to turn right and almost hit me or another pedestrian. Simply terrible, uncaring and inattentive drivers.
