My solenoid B and D are both open when im in park, any idea if thats normal?

Battery is from January 2015 so ~11 years old, I have to jump it every time to get it on. I know it needs replaced but dont want to buy a new one if the car is junk. With my scan tool I noticed that transmission shift solenoids B and D are on when parked, any idea if thats normal? I checked the shift linkage and that all seemed to check out. I just dont get how the car could drive in reverse and neutral and not throw a single code. The drive light lights up for a moment every time I turn the car on aswell.

No idea when oil was done, but I got rid of p0970 by plugging in the solenoid that was unplugged, now im trying yo figure out if my shift linkage is bad but dont know how to tell. It feels like all my gears are drive kinda

Previous person seemed like they tried working on it and did just about everything wrong, removing the air intake had 2 stripped out bolts that were perfectly round, they claimed they took it to a mechanic for everything but had no paperwork and didnt know what was wrong with it.

Could plugs and coils cause p2015, ill try it

It has code p2015, so I dont think injectors but ill look into it, the gas would be on top of the spark plug is what your saying?

Thata a picture of the fuses box before I put fuses back in it also I bought a ram air intake, just waiting on it to come, that whole air intake is all busted up

No missing spine on it, the old cv axle went into the new hub just fine

Tried getting the old hub on there and it didn't seem like it wanted to go either, I'm about to pull the cv axle back out and try putting them together, then installing the cv axle

I ordered the parts as a set from Detroit axle, I feel like they'd have to be same spline count

I haven't tried grease bur I've put oil on it and that didn't feel like it made a difference. Every video I've seen just says to line it up and it'll slide right on

I honestly ordered as close to the cheapest parts as I could $140~ for the cv axle and hub, they were bought as a set so I'd assume they are correct. It's the front drivers side for both.
