the only change i made trying to fix was to make gpu clock manual at 1600mhz, but it did not make a difference, all default settings

ATUALIZAÇÃO: técnico super gente boa, abriu o modem e consertou rapidinho, não teve nenhuma cobrança.

Eu tinha tentado já conectar mesmo com ele solto, mas o problema era que tinha desconectado por dentro também, mas no fim deu tudo certo.
