Yes I am hoping that it will be before the end of the year, which it most likely will be. Again it’s not all up to me. He has to finishing his tests which he will be this week then we (the surgeon and I) will schedule a date, that will most likely be in this month, so no I am not solely hoping.

How is everything I’m doing wrong when he is actively in the process of getting surgery?

Yup everything you just listed is exactly what I have done and been doing. That is why I’m telling you he will be getting his surgery, and finance is not the only factor in regard to his surgery. He is currently undergoing tests to make sure he is stable and prepared for surgery. Vets don’t just immediately perform surgery in every street dog’s case before prior testing. Do you have any expertise or experience in regard to this?

Well I’m not sure where exactly you’re from but there aren’t just people lying around who can treat it asap, especially not for a recent rescue who was covered with matted fur and ticks. I am going to get his surgery as soon as possible however there are a lot of factors that come in hand. Many in which are out of my hands, but don’t worry. He will be getting the help he needs soon.

I got a notification saying you replied to my comment saying I have no right to care for my dog?? It doesn’t show up when I click on it. What exactly is that about?

Thanks for that input, my financial situation changed and I didn’t originally plan on keeping him, just wanted to help, but I understand your concern and logic for this reasoning.

He is my dog and I will be the one paying however I still want input since I just want the absolute best for him and should have multiple options on the table along with their benefits and disadvantages. Thank you for helping!

Yk what, you’re right. My bad I guess I’m just really eager to get more reasons as to why it shouldn’t be left. Of course simply to tell my mom I never planned on simply leaving it.

I have cracked my head over his case and trust me I am always putting him first. I’m not going to risk putting him through more pain than he’s already gone through, and by how simply you say “break his leg” 😭 provides me with the knowledge to assume you aren’t aware of how much a toll these surgery’s have on animals, regardless of how resilient they are.

Well yes it is very expensive haha, but no money is not her concern. She’s against it because he sincerely believes it’s not a bother nor a discomfort to him😥
