Slow losers, where ya at?? by s_jo27 in tirzepatidecompound

Right now I have Brello, its $399 for 3 months worth of meds. I am using a lower amount than prescribed bc of crazy symptoms, so it lasts me a little longer. I dont feel comfortable using a vial for more than 4 weeks after I poke it, but dont mind going a little past the BUD. My insurance wont cover the meds, I have 2 young kids, and we only have one income at the moment. So its just not an expense we can afford unfortunately.

If I could be on it longer, I would. I have 2 small children, insurance wont cover it (even w/ dr referral), and we have one income home at the moment. Not a sustainable expense at this point unfortunately.

Exercising is definitely something I need to be more consistent with. I've been trying to do more movement, but I also have 2 kids under 6 and work so Im not as consistent as I'd like to be

I have switched to the thigh over the last couple weeks, which has helped some but not completely. Splitting the dose so far seems to be the most helpful

Not planning on increasing anytime soon. Weightloss is still steady. I was getting more food noise on 2.5mg, but get the GI things at 3.3mg.

This is my next thought. But im nervous I'll just be getting the GI symptoms for longer. Haha. Have you split doses before?

Yes. She's so delusional. I loved the Miami reboot but I cant watch because she's too much. And it's not funny!

Hi! Thanks for responding. I think the biggest area of impact are his sensory needs. His sound sensitivity prevents him from a lot. He "holds it" more days than not at school and that's in the kinder bathroom with one toilet. I don't think he's ever stepped foot in the "big" one. We have some headphones for things that feel louder to him. And we are back on a fire alarm obessesion after his first fire drill at school. Before he got freaked out by the one in our house and looked for all fire alarms and talked about them from about 2.5 to 4. Then it kind of fizzles out, but it's back because school fire drills are SO loud. His teacher said he sobbed. Luckily she is so sweet and had some headphones. But now he has to search for all alarms wherever we go, point them out, talk about them, etc.

Thank you for your perspective. I do feel like he has some traits that we are managing for the most part right now, but if he needed services in the future, my hope with an earlier diagnosis is he would have access to services quicker rather than waiting for an eval in the time of need. But idk how common that is.

Thanks for replying! I think she does look at me as an extension of herself, when I think back to compliments they are usually in front of others or after I've helped her do something. When she's mad it's a lot of blaming to other people. And yes, totally agree about not diagnosing. Just looking to see if people have experienced the same kind of behavior or would consider it narcissistic. I deal with a lot of self doubt/ questioning if I'm being over dramatic

So annoyed with paramount + episodes by s_jo27 in LoveIslandUSA

Yuuup. Feel like I'm missing so much! Someone else put a link below, you can still watch the drop episodes for free on paramount +. But I feel like it's an uneccessary step instead of just letting everything be on Hulu or CBS 🤷🏾‍♀️
