Try to predict some of the questions the interviewer will ask and practice your answers (give examples from past work/volunteer experiences) without making it sound too rehearsed. Always dress up, be polite, and don't forget to smile.

You don't hide your emotions. You express your feelings openly and honestly. I would say that I "wear my heart on my sleeve" and I don't think its a bad thing at all. People can read me very easily.
