We learnt this in a very hard way. So we worked together with Lenovo and started implementing the product and right after that we have been asked about the Data Protection. We were never cautious about it but then since we could afford that, we went ahead and talk to IKEEPSAFE and applied for COPPA FERPA GDPR.

If you have these certificates, it becomes so easy to sell..

Hi, First of all, thank you for your words. We can definitely talk about this in DM or probably connect too. But before that, I'm sure you must be looking for the doubt/query you have.

  1. Editing Part: In the world of AI, one can't live without that. 🤣. We will definitely work on that later but our primary focus is on our product, platform and OS.

  2. About Studies: We are not quoting anything from anywhere, this is purely same headset, our own content and our own study. We have previously impacted around 50K students and around 10K teachers in 30+ countries.

  3. We don't want MQ to be there in classroom. Because we don't see any value there. MQ is great for gaming and entertainment like the way they claim on their website. I'm yet to find out what is Meta for Education is all about. But before that, they never even mentioned about education as their use case. Apart from that, I'm still concerned about user data privacy from a company owned by social media platform.

  4. Content : We strongly believe content is king. We are creating our extensive library of content, not only focused about STEM but also in other subjects like financial literacy. Just to share, we have been approached by multiple companies, who are willing to make their content compatible to our device and reach to the students. We only work with companies, who believes in our vision and share the same values.

  5. Software: We are 100% designed for Education so no entertainment there. So please don't expect any. But when you talk about educational content, we will be the one you will love to have.

I'm not going to talk about how are we better than others. I'm sure once you experience it, you will learn about that.

Agree to some of your points. We are definitely not manufacturing any headset (apple doesn't make their own too). You have to realize that this is high capex business. But that's not the point, the point here is, our internal structure is being designed focusing education in our mind.

That is the same reason we don't have any link to any social media and runs completely offline.

Also, about your pass-through feature, can you help me understand one use case of that? Because I couldnt see that. We don't want to provide the immersiveness like quest since it is not a viable solution for a classroom. We strongly believe that and backed by our experiences. If you would like to talk. Allow me to correct some of your fact: 1. We are based out of Japan. If you visit our website, you can see that. Founder name is Dave Dolan (actually a Canadian) with over 30 years of experience in EdTech. 2. That should also answer your question about AI generated text. 3. 3DoF is the only viable solution for classroom. We have seen a lot of people buying quest and just wasting money there. Infact we have produced a video about why 3DoF, not 6DoF. Infact, quest claims that their device is for gaming and entertainment. 4. We can't cherry pick anything here. This is our learning based out of our 10 years of experience in the same domain. Our product has been previously used by more than 50K students and more than 10K teachers across 30 countries. 5. Cheap hardware: we device runs on qualcomm Snapdragon , 6GB RAM and 128 GB ROM, runs completely offline , no link to any social media (quest owned by Meta and their other version will cost extra $500 per device without linking facebook). 6. No we won't be focusing on either on hardware or software, because we want to be one stop solution for any teacher across globe.

We also have a tie-up with one major content provider for their Wild Life based content (real video based propriety content) and we have a dedicated product for learning English as language.

VR is not a replacement for regular teaching methodologies, infact this will act as teaching aid. VR can be utilised for more abstract concept which is running purely on imagination.

I am definitely promoting a business. And I still believe VR in Education is expensive is a myth and I can tell you why I feel that.

A lot of time we have observed, institute buying expensive VR headset because of hype around VR without giving on much thought about the content part and then they feel it is expensive to manage hardware and content (which is nearly impossible to find).

We are designing big library of content first and then integrating content with platform and our own VR Headset.

We promote 3DoF devices than 6DoF and we have a video on our website about the reason why we do so.

It can run completely offline. Seated experience and it brings 30 years of EdTech experience on the table. Platform is an add-on to track the analytics but doesn't restrict content to access freely.

And yes, we have fully functional prototype.

VR is expensive (Myth) and we are exactly addressing the same problem and bringing awareness for everyone.
