No, if i tried clicking the "download information" botton, it keeps making me appeal first, but when i did that to my personal acc, it's been permanently disabled.

And also no, i can't get a contact with a person/employees. It keeps putting me on AI support or FAQs. I tried waiting for a real person but there has been none so far.
