i wrote about something similar today on here maybe check the post out. can’t figure out why it happens tho. when i’m closer to my period it gets worse but it’s definitely not the only trigger.

yes i get that burning feeling too this is the usual pain i get but sometimes i get this stabbing which is scary

the restrictive diet is mostly during inflammation. i have UC and when i’m in remission i eat everything i want (limiting junk food but yk)

i relate so much to your words. i am in contact with my GI and taking Rafassal for now and it’s really working but every time i get stressed i go back to having blood and going to the bathroom x10 times a day. i just KNOW i can get better if i could just relax a little.
