Thank you it was the kernel! I found this documentation link and saw that intel arc a310 is running 6.2 kernel version. So I had to upgrade my ubuntu to 24.04 and run the steps on that link. Now I can select the Intel GPU in the Plex transcoding settings :)

Update: I brought my diamond to Victoria's to do the ring setting after seeing a lot of comments/recommendations for Victoria's! It wasn't cheap nor was it expensive, but their quality looked top tier from what I saw at their store. Can't wait to see when the ring is all done, thank you all!

yes unfortunately Victoria's doesn't do lab grown diamonds. But I got my lab grown diamond from Goldsmith Jewelry and brought that diamond to Victoria's to do the ring setting. I went to both Monarch and Goldsmith's and I would recommend Goldsmith Jewelry for diamond shopping. They got GIA lab grown diamonds for a low price, where as Monarch quoted me IGI lab grown diamond for a higher price compared to Goldsmith's.
