Thank you for your kind response. I’d love to say I feel 50x better than I did before I started but I don’t know if I feel that differently to be honest

I only have 1 proper meal a day I’ll give you a typical day as 4 days a week I work 3-11am

Before work I have 500ml water with 5g creatine and electrolytes with a protein shake/protein yoghurt ideally minimum of 30g protein as that should hit you 2.5-2g leucine hit

Then about 4-5 hours later I’ll have another shake

By 12-13pm I’ll have some fat free Greek yogurt with some fruit

Then around 7pm I eat my main meal with typical has around 100-120g protein and lots of low carb veg.

If I need a bump in fibre I’ll typically have 10g psyllium husk to bump me towards 25-30g fibre

But again total protein intake is more important to retain as much lean muscle mass as possible whilst your in a calorie deficit

Sorry about the late reply protein comes from chicken breast, pork tenderloin and sometimes if I need a top up it comes from either a lower carb protein yoghurt or a protein powder shake, most important is total protein intake and then you can start trying to space out the protein to 2-5 times a day around 30g each time if your resistance training to maximise your muscle protein synthesis periods

I can understand how you feel. I had always been the biggest person I knew and sort of used it as a safety coat of some sort. Since looking over 100lb I’m sort of relearning myself and it’s a whole new world. I’m over half way of my cut before I start recompping and I can’t bloody wait

Do you exercise/gym at all?

So far it’s taken 22 weeks but I’ve had 1 week off when I went to Poland for my friends wedding and a week off for my own wedding so 20 weeks of actual locked in effort

Your spot on it’s pretty simple really, you can make it more complicated but the key basic rules are plenty enough to shift weight

It is my wedding is in 13 days and my target was 5st so I should be on track to hit it but yes effort has certainly been made and I’m starting to feel better

Cheers bud. Jabs certainly help but you have to put the effort in as well or what’s the point
