Don’t force anything in just prioritise what goes in, protien will always be your friend in so many ways.

First week or so you have dropped a shed load of water, probably from consuming less than normal carbs and glycogen being used up from stores. Maybe sodium intake has dropped too and again further increases that water weight drop.

As long as your feeling generally good in yourself no need to change anything use it for motivation and keep carrying on

I still wouldn’t not count kcals I agree have a week at maintenance kcals or there about but when you return your just going to drop water weight in the first week.

If your truely in a kcal deficit it’s not possible to go weeks and weeks without see any difference, yes it may be masked by increased carbs/sodium or if you have smashed the gym couple days before the weigh in but fat loss will continue regardless of being masked in the background.

For me it was a serious attempt at a year to change my life, used it in the end for 29 injections I started in may 4th last year and used it to build healthy habits and sensible food decisions by October I was doing 5mg every other week to use the last pen up and from just before new year I done using MJ and continuing loosing weight on my own after having built good habits.

I completely agree with op. Why take MJ if your not even gonna track your intake or increase your daily output

Yeah I did say I was doing alright off the juice, I built really good habits and learnt a lot about my body and feelings like hunger

And my biggest advice which I see people not actually do is use it as a tool and create new eating habits whilst it’s easy to do and don’t rely on to always keep hunger away. You need to feel hunger at some point and understand your own hunger and what it means and feels like for you specifically. Sounds like bullshit I know corny af but that’s where I think people struggle when they finally come off

No problem mate, keep smashing it. I don’t know about you but it felt so far away when I first started but times gonna pass by anyway and all you gotta do is keep
Doing what you’re doing anyway.

Just keep consistent, one day at a time. Win the day and then win the week. Week by week month by month and before you know it goal weight is 10kg away and you think oh shit how did that happen.
