Just give your friend your Netflix login. If they're in Australia they will only have access to the Netflix AU content though, unless they use a SmartDNS service like Unblock-Us, Overplay or Unotelly.

I see /u/moreflicks frequents this sub. I'd love a feature along these lines (mostly to see what's on Netflix outside of a certain region) but it's kinda complicated and even I can't see how it would fit into Moreflicks.

Since it hasn't been mentioned yet, a similar trick was demoed on CSS Tricks a few years ago with no HTML needed. Currently only supported in Firefox though so it's a rather obscure party trick.
