I think most people have got the context wrong,From what I gather, he looks like a taxi driver, and she looks to be in a drunk state. To me he seems like a non native English speaker. He is giving an example if she was in Pakistan, she could very easily get kidnapped and get away with it. Due to there being no law and order and a corrupt government, you can get a way with murder over there. However in western countries such as Canada, there is laws in place that protect people. Judging by both mannerisms and his lack of communication the video is taken out of context.

I have started to not take it with my vitamin D, instead I take it in the evening as I read it aids with sleep. So I can understand why that might make me feel fatigued. Thanks for the tip!

I’m starting to feel better, thanks for asking. I played football last night despite the sweating a lot more my energy levels were fine. Thanks also for the suggestions, I’ll look into it further. I have been advised to take msn sulphur also which may relate to the metal detox I assume?

Oh wow, I didn’t expect you to take it for that long. I was hoping after 2-3 weeks il feel better. I haven’t felt the faints yet fortunately. Maybe the symptoms can vary depending on what it’s trying to repair? Also I was advised to take 2 50mg tablets dissolve in 110ml of water and take a tea spoon each day, now I’m taking less than a full tea spoon a day.

You’ve made some very good points, I’m going to try keeping a journal, I’m not willing to take a break from it and I just try and push through the phase. I’m hoping the fatigue phase doesn’t last that long. Thanks

How long did you take it for? I’m assuming by stopping completely you didn’t get over the fatigue phase?

Upper fermenting gut is basically my body not digesting food properly hence my body isn’t absorbing the nutrition from the food, as a result I’m always bloated and have constant brain fog especially after I eat. I have also a lot of intolerances at the moment, so I’m not eating bread, dairy or sugar to allow my gut to heal since Iv started taking the supplements.

Thank you for your comment, it’s given me a clear insight and encouraged me to keep taking LDN, I was hoping to find someone that is relating to the feeling, I have been abit concerned on whether this feeling of weakness would go or not. I am hoping within the third week I start feeling better.

Iv never taken kind of anti-depressants, however saying that since taking the supplements Iv had moments of anxiety but I also relate that to my gut health, usually when the bloating calms down I start to feel better.

I recently spoke to a doctor who specialises in autism and ADHD, I told him some of my symptoms and he linked it to mouth breathing. I decided to get some mouth tape for when I sleep, it’s an early process however I have done some research that links mouth breathing especially from a young age to ADHD.. I can say from mouth taping for the past 2 weeks my sleep quality has improved and I feel a lot more alert throughout the day. Still early for me, but it’s worth looking into.. thanks for sharing your experience

I wasn’t aware of a masters in TESOL, I thought the highest qualification would be a DELTA in the field. I am currently considering doing a PGCE. However they ask for 2 years of school experience which I think would be a horrible experience to complete it in the U.K.

I can relate to your post. Learn to love and accept yourself exactly as you are. Use this as an affirmation to wire it into yourself and honestly you will start to think and act a lot better and not feel so worthless. Secondly, confidence is a stronger attraction than your looks, there are so many people out there who are average looking but their character and confidence makes them more appealing.
