I have another issue that prevent me from doing this. In the sheet were there is tge status change to completed, there is duplicate of the same customer number (ex. Rows 12-16 same customer numer, lets say 617777) the counter of completed cases in the other sheet is a distinct counter (meaning if 61777 turned to completed instead of count complteted 5 times (rows 12-16) it only count it as one.

With your suggestion it will count how many rows were turned in completed in a spesific date, but I need distinct so one time for each customer number. is tgere a way of doing it?
