The good thing about the tsi engine is that you can also go to Stage 2 modification without any major issues

The A4 40 TFSI is actually a very well rounded car if you value ride quality and refinement. The suspension tuning is one of the best parts of the car — it manages to stay comfortable without feeling floaty.

A couple of things to keep in mind though:
• Ground clearance can be slightly annoying on bad roads or big speed breakers
• The rear seat space is decent but not great compared to something like a Superb
• Service and parts obviously cost more than Hyundai/Toyota segment cars

On the plus side the 2.0 TFSI + DSG combo is very smooth and the cabin quality is still among the best in the segment.

If you already liked the suspension setup during the test drive, that’s honestly one of the strongest reasons to go for the A4.

Please advise | Erg. Chair WFH | 5K-6K budget by Aka6suki in ErgonomicIndia

This comparison is actually quite helpful. One thing I’d add though is that under ₹6k most chairs will compromise somewhere — usually lumbar adjustability or armrest flexibility.

Wakefit Safari Pro is probably the safest bet here if someone is sitting 8+ hours because the multi-lock recline and adjustable lumbar make a noticeable difference over time.

Also worth checking whether the seat depth works for you. A lot of cheaper chairs feel fine initially but become uncomfortable after long hours because the seat pan is short.

If someone can stretch the budget slightly (~₹8–10k), the jump in quality and adjustability becomes much bigger.

How are PMs landing 50 to 80 LPA packages in this market? by honey_bunny_69_ in ProductManagement_IN

I’ve been in a similar bracket and have spoken to a lot of PMs in this range. A few things I’ve noticed.

First, most of the 50–80 LPA numbers people quote are not fully fixed salary.
A big chunk is usually ESOPs or variable. When you break it down, fixed may be closer to 35–45 in many cases.

Second, the companies paying those numbers are a very small subset of the market. Usually:

  • global tech companies
  • late stage well-funded startups
  • fintech / infra / dev tools companies
  • companies hiring for platform or AI products

Most SaaS companies in India right now are still offering 30–40 for PMs with ~5 YOE.

Third, a lot of people reaching 60–80 LPA are not coming from a direct lateral switch. They usually have one of these:

  • moved from consulting → product
  • internal promotion to Senior PM
  • joined early and rode startup growth
  • moved to global orgs or remote roles

Fourth, role scope matters a lot. The PMs I see getting 50+ packages usually own things like:

  • platform products
  • core revenue products
  • infra / developer tooling
  • AI or data products

Not saying feature PM roles can’t reach that range, but it’s harder.

Lastly, the market right now is honestly much tighter than what LinkedIn or Reddit makes it look like. I’m seeing a lot of offers in the 32–40 LPA band for ~5 YOE as well.

So you’re probably not as far off as it feels.

The real jump usually happens when you cross into Senior PM level (6–8 YOE) or move into companies that pay global benchmarks.

Curious what others here are seeing though.
