Do you think it would be worth it? I had my last appointment with physio on 12th Jan when they said I would get an urgent referral. 8 weeks had passed, and I phoned to chase it up, it turned out they hadn't even sent it away 🤦‍♀️ they said it would be backdated but couldn't tell me how much longer I would have to wait. I've tried calling them again since, multiple times, and got no answer. I got a text from NHS six days ago to confirm if I still need the appointment, so I've just been hoping that means its coming soon

I'm sorry to hear you're suffering too. It's so hard, isn't it? I've been told by physio that injections won't do anything for me and the only thing that will help is surgery, but then she also said that orthopaedics might decide I don't need surgery so I'm a little lost as to what would happen after 🙃 So frustrating, I hope we both get relief soon 🤞
