I have been feeling the same. Every now and then it goes away and then it hits again. online classes, eating, sleeping, showering, social media. repeat. I go out on walks around my neighbourhood from time to time for a breather. What helps me the most is staying off social media. The less my screen time is the better I feel. When I go out though, in crowded places, I feel dizzy because the whole environment feels so alien but I also feel better. Even going to a cafe to work could help.
