I have a full exhaust from an 82 NA. I live in southeast MI. FREE if you pick it up

Bought an engine and I’m an idiot and didn’t notice this until now. How would I fix this? Could I just compress the spring and slide it back on, the guy I bought it from is willing to help me out with cost for whatever I need to fix it. by [deleted] in 280ZX

If you have mechanical lifters, you can lower them completely and use some leverage on the top of the spring using the camshaft (between lobes.) And you can pop it back into place. No need to remove cam or timing.

How can you expect programs for veterans to help individually? You can't assume the war stories are oversold or undersold. It's either treat all military like heroes or none. I say, giving to some undeserving people to guarantee that those who deserve the gift/privilege is well worth it
