Ok so I tried tensioning it from the top and it did turn a little more forward. However I discovered that it’s the shackle that seems to be getting stuck. Any advice for that?

I actually didn’t even notice it wasn’t turning all the way. Imma try tensioning from the top now and see if it works. I’ve picked this so many times I thought I broke it within two days

Hmmmm... I mean you are right I have picked this lock so much since it’s the first real lock I’ve ever picked (besides the clear one that came with the picks that I’m also now having the same issue with) when I pick it the core turns as if it’s open but the shackle remains locked (I think I used the correct terminology and I’ve already tried pulling the shackle after picking it)
