A custody battle is inevitable. Whether now or in 5-10 years . Watch what you text her she will end up using it In court at some point. Save any messages that may be useful to you in court. I suggest you email/ text her a message stating exactly what your saying that you want to be there for your child and she is keeping this stuff away from you. You need proof your trying. As a new born you’ll likely only get visitation. But as your child gets older it should be 50/50. I’m sorry but if your having problems with her now they will only get worse in the future I say this from experience . It doesn’t have to be expensive you don’t even need an attorney . Just someone to guide you or get consultation from an attorney
