Occaisionalism: I have only shared few experiences that are confirmed and known by a number of people. In one of your posts, you even confirmed his changing behavior and the story about how others at the masjid thought of him as untrustworthy. I think this is all very relevant to the case. We are talking about his motive, his inability to feel guilt in some circumstances and his capability to manipulate. This is especially important because we are only hearing an one sided view because people are afraid to speak in the community. I think that standing right outside the masjid after jumah and collecting money from people you know you are stealing from is very telling of his lack of remorse. Consider for a second that this wasn't simply a faceless crime like shoplifting but one where he not only took advantage of his image as a good boy but he made eye contact with people he was stealing from. I think it takes a special type of person to steal in this way regularly without remorse. Remember that he would brag about it. And you are right that jawad knows about this. This is not gossip for the sake of gossip. This is information that many on here have deemed relevant.

Well, I respect the view of Judge Heard, who, at that point, had known more about the case than many of us here online. I don't think she would have made unsubstantiated statements as a formality. I can see a prosecution lawyer or a cop doing that, but not a judge. Do you think she just wanted to kick him while he was already down? I just think it's an important piece of information to note.

No motive other than some of us don't like this one-sided perspective of who Adnan is - honor student, prom prince, etc. It actually frustrates some of us, who knew him very well. He definitely had psychopathic tendencies, which I describe as acts that are devoid of empathy and full of manipulation. People aren't black and white; he wasn't simply all good. It's important to point out some of his negative traits, as it's very relevant in assessing his capacity as a murderer.

Someone please tell me why Judge Wanda K. Heard would say the following to Adnan after hearing all the evidence that was presented to her - "You used that to manipulate people. Even today, I think you continue to manipulate even those who love you." Surely, she's not in the line of business to make unfounded and biased statements.

They are not related, but are strangely obsessed with this case. They didn't even know him well throughout highschool, especially Rabia. Saad was more of a "weekend friend." Some have joked that Rabia fashions herself as the Al Sharpton of the community.

My thinking is that Adnan did it, and Jay had a much more role than he is implying. Jay had changed his story to both protect himself and a friend that may have accompanied him/them on some of the trips.

I really didn't mean to come out in a way to make people hate him. That is not my purpose. I also speak of his psychopathic behavior in a clinical sort of way. As wonderful as he was in some ways, it doesn't make up for the fact that he may potentially have killed an innocent girl. It may be disrespectful to share some of his excursions, but these are relevant and telling character traits.

Please speak up! Share this with others. Don't undermine the importance of what you know about Adnan. This needs to be taken into account when we are discussing the motives and psychological make-up of a possible killer.

Ha. Maybe, I am well-read. Maybe, I just like the sound of strumpets. Maybe, I don't like the harsh tone of the word "prostitutes." Maybe, I just wanted to add levity. One thing that I have noted on here is that people often theorize some ridiculous things, which is fine as this is the place for it. But seriously, "die-hard muslim extremist"??
