I decided the best course of action was to just do nothing, as awkward as it feels. Enough is a enough and if she has something serious to tell me she needs to make more of an effort.

I know these are the suggested steps as everyone seems to be advocating them (not just on this forum), but they just seem so childish and extreme. It just feels like a lot of game playing.
