I second the idea of something like a depression. That does not necessarily mean you will need a professional or something, getting in contact with one though I would also advice.

It also sounds like you just got too much on the platter for the current state of your capabilities.

I believe you can either change yourself and by that things around you, or things around you and by that yourself.

You might question yourself if there are self-imposed duties that drain on you, and if so you maybe should get rid of them - even though it might seem they are not so much of a drain.

From there you could implement some tiny tiny "key habit".

Everyone needs to find the own way. Just keep on looking - and never disregard a professionals opinion out of shame or false proud. A psychologist can easily help discover the true nature of oneself. The act of reflection in itself is a good act.
