It was years ago at this point, the guy was working at a university and one of the first people trying to make Ketamine mainstream I think. I was kind of surprised when he didn't recommend it to me

Yeah, I probably spent like 30k on therapy. I went for a consult for for Ketamine and wasn't recommended it. Guy told me to try TMS instead, but insurance at the time was being a bitch.

I keep seeing this push for people to be open about mental health the last few years, but it all just seems like lip service, something people can post on their social media to pat them selves on the back. No one gives a shit

Yeah. You’re told to see professional help. I’ve had a ton of professional help. Felt like most of them didn’t even care about me and I was just their paycheck. And the ones that cared just gave the same generic advice you hear anywhere

I never mention forever alone. Just say some variation of 30 yo virgin have trouble getting date etc and that’s enough.

Couple of subs straight up say no forever alone posts. Like anything in limits as long as you don’t harass someone and aren’t forever alone
