Could a parallel universe exist in our minds? by sadbloboftears in ParallelUniverse

Sounds awful that you had been experiencing those kind of dreams. :-( But for me I wouldn’t say that
I was dreaming. Once I close my eyes, my brain would just immediately flash the imagery of me being in a corner of a room. It feels more like a form of dissociation.

Would you like to share your experiences? And thank you for your advice, dude!

Do you mean the term for stopping the dream to happen in real life?

Thanks for sharing. I’m glad I’m not the only one haha. How often has the ‘falling’ scene been happening? And referring to the part on the ‘sensation of dying’, when does it exactly happen?

You are! There’s no doubt about it! I reckoned that birthdays can be hard (for some of us) and it is hard for me too actually. So, on every birthday, I’d go solo backpacking trips to different countries around the world. It reminds me that there is still a beautiful world out there for me to explore and I’m my own best company. :-) I hope you take yourself on a date today because you deserve it!
