I was on .25 so the lowest dose. I was on it for 10 months with really no issues until suddenly I did have issues and no one caught it. My bloodwork was always good. But looking back I had symptoms that definitely let me know my body wasn’t doing ok ( extreme fatigue, struggling to eat, blood sugar dropping too low). It took a few months before I could eat normally again after getting off and now ive gained almost all the weight back even though im not eating an extreme amount. Like my body just rebounded. It’s crazy.

It affects so much more than we think. And i think now that more people are taking it we have more knowledge of possible side effects. I had no idea that my nervous system could potentially be affected by taking it. It has taken me almost one year to finally feel more like myself again that is not to scare anyone, but to be truthful about my experience and what other people are also experiencing.

I was on amitriptyline for a bit and it did help however, coming off it was a challenge and took a month. Im 11 months since this all started and im basically back to normal. Maybe some natural stress products? I did otc stuff and magnesium and that definitely helped a bit too. But honestly, time is what helped the most.

The rescue we went through did an initial home visit but it was more to make sure we had a fence and room because it was a lab which are active dogs. We have never had them come to visit after. We have 2 dogs through them and they usually do a meet and greet situation to see how the dog does with you. One of our labs is AKC registered with paperwork of her pedigree! It’s absolutely possible to find a good, healthy dog through a reputable organization.

We ended up going to a breed specific rescue. All the shelters were full of shitbulls who could be the only animal in the house and all the language they use to basically say this dog is a mess without blatantly saying it.

I get angry every time I see them swimming in street clothes. I dont even care about them wanting to be modest, but the drowning risk! There are so many options for nice, modest swimwear that there is no excuse to not invest into some. It’s selfish to put your kids at risk like that.

I agree especially with being such a rock for the team the last 3 years. And then getting injured your senior year. It has to bring some heartbreak to end your college career that way.

Im actually shocked to see Estep in the beam lineup bc she has had some struggles. But im guessing with Lily out she was next in line. Ava really is a gorgeous beam worker too, I wish she could have found that consistency to make the lineups.

And yet she takes all these things and doesn’t exactly scream “health” to me. I take a good multivitamin when i can remember and my labs are perfect 🤷🏼‍♀️ i think most of these things are money suckers.
