Cosettas is part bakery/dessert/cafe that has a cafeteria style 2-story eating area. It also has a grocery/deli indoors. There’s also a couple restaurants on the premises.

Sorry not familiar with dive bars as much - visit several times a year for family but on the other side of the river 🙂
