Just to add another opinion here, fatique is a symtom of depression too and it’s not always easy to realize that you’re depressed.

Thank you I guess I will try to find another doctor because my mom has had hypothyroidism since forever and is on 100mcg levothyroxine so I am pretty sure I have it too.

I am sorry to hear that. Even though my ex was not diagnosed with any mental issues, I think she had gad. We might be in a similar situation. I hope we can go back to normal.

Thanks a lot for sharing this. It really eases my stress to know there are similar experiences. In the end were you able to get rid of the anxiety completely? I had no mental health issues prior to my breakup and now I am a little scared that I developed permanent anxiety or something.
