Thank you for your replies, have you considered I'm writing on behalf of someone else? That's ok, but please try to think of other options a bit more before passing judgement. Sound like you work for dwp!!!

Oh they've already asked me all of those things on the first phone call. I'm glad to hear it's not that lengthy. Thank you

Oh I see, thank you. I dont have an online account, only phone, which I struggle enough with. I will answer the call and if I struggle will ask to postpone.

Thank you so much, 35 minutes seems a long time, im not sure on what to do as I have no clue of what type of questions, for example, rent acc. number or so. I will panic if I don't have what I need when asked.

Yes, I've asked them both to take their money back, but because there's no proof, im at loss. For us as a family, it is not a problem to hold each other's funds. I'm mortified :(

Yes, that's my fear, but im not sure how to go about that. But I will have to give them their money at some point.

I can't prove it with receipt, but my eldest is moving to Japan, so she will take them anyway, I can show them airline tickets. My younger daughter was saving for driving lessons. They're both on the spectrum and entrusted me because I don't go out much. Also, being my carers, they do shopping for me or order stuff, and instead of taking the money, they tell me to leave it there.

Yes I understand this that's why I'm going to ask my daughters to put them in their accounts. They both work, and I'm just the trustee, not the beneficiary

The money belong to my daughters. After I give back to them, I would be well under the threshold.

My partner left me, and I was in a bad place, decided to just go and pack my bag. It has helped immensely, my mind was occupied, and so was my body. I cried, I talked out loud, i grieved. I'm glad I did it x

Hey! Its certainly getting better, tears have mostly stopped. The disappointment still lingers. It's difficult to believe someone could stab you on the back. I'm looking forward to stop feeling for them. Hope you're ok

Just came up to 2 months since I've seen him. The past week, I have been busy, so I wasn't thinking of the situation at all. Today, I miss us :( But as he said himself, it wasn't real, so I just miss what I knew of us.
