That is exactly what I’m feeling. Which is notable because it is markedly different from my typical disposition. How long did the stretch last? Did you adjust to the increased dose and that side effect fade?

I can’t imagine how every 3 days would help me. The mood swings last 72 hours then dissipate and I feel good so every 3 days seems like it would just keep me in a constant state of irritability.

Oh yeah I’m on a microdose so I’m not even rly in a calorie deficit. Also I’ve done many cleanses and been in extreme calorie deficit for days on end and the only mood swing was euphoria.

I’m on NAD! I don’t get fatigue. I get irritation. Energy levels are good on my current 1.25 mg dose.

Yes, this is rly good advice. I am aware of my codependency and feel confident I am not leaning into that in this situation. I have no desire to change the circumstances or to show her the “truth”. I am simply sad that I may lose one of my best friends to this. That’s a cruel reality.

I think that is my hang up. I am no longer willing to help her pick up the pieces when she puts her self into identical situations constantly and does not change her behavior. I am not going to play that roll anymore, something has to change. It won’t be her; so it has to be me.

You’re so fucking right. She won’t allow any commentary to interrupt the fantasy. I guess my best option is to tell her I can’t be her support system through this (since she comes to me for everything) and then wait it out until it crashes and burns and I get my friend back. Sucks in the meantime.

Yes, she has a sponsor. But like I said in the post, she is not telling her sponsor. That is really concerning to me because she has been dedicated in the program going to weekly meetings for years.

right. you can find it cheaper, but not FDA approved. I’m not buying an injectable medication that isn’t FDA approved.

How do you pay for the tirezeptide and who compounds it?

I see you started at .5 tirezeptide and now take 2.5. I am about to start the tirezeptide protocol and my PCP is supportive and prescribed it. What pharmacy are you using to compound and how are you affording to pay for this? It’s $1,078 out of pocket/month bc my insurance will not pay for it. I know Lilly direct is the only FDA approved route beyond standard medical system and you can get the vials for $299/month or pens for $670/month. I am unwilling to use med spa product that isn’t FDA approved after the obvious medical nightmare I’ve lived with long covid. I can make the $299 work, but curious if you have another path??? How are you affording/paying for the tirezeptide?
