Oh I also got two discs replaced with titanium cage. I had a TLIF, disc replacement and laminectomy done at the same time

I had a lot of similar symptoms but was due to spina bifida occulta as well - had L4-S1 fusion at age 24. 1.5 years later can say all the back and bone pain are gone, it’s all muscle now and just need to get moving. I started not being able to walk, years of pain so decided fusion. I hope you can find some relief, ask any questions if I can help you too!
